Delivery & Installation

1. Select private land or community
2. Get all pertinent permits from city or county
3. If private land clear your land, if community it is not necessary
4. If private land install a pad or foundation, if community the community will do it.
5. Install culvert or driveway if needed, not need in a community.
6. Install electrical and plumbing (water & sewer); on private land you may need a well and septic tank if there aren’t city water and sewer.
7. Install decking to your specs on private land, in a community you must follow their guidelines.
8. Install skirting, this could be vinyl, smart panel, metal, or a type of stone.
9. Have the dealership or manufacturer do the Final Walk-Thru to ensure your home is ready and free of defects.
10. Move-in to your new home.
